Smart Automate offers instllation service for Smart Energy Monitoring and Electrical Automation; for industrial, commercial, tenancy and domestic applications, aimed towards sustainable living at work and at home.
We maintain close relationship with our major suppliers, to keep abreast with the latest commercially viable technologies in the fields of smart electric monitoring and utilities monitoring, solar battery storage, EV Chargers, communication networks and electrical automation.

Our smart energy monitoring systems assist as a tool to reduce and maintain the running cost of energy for homes and businesses, by monitoring habits and increasing the utilisation of self-generated renewable sources, ultimately, benefiting the reduce of carbon emmision ansd well as saving labour, time and costs.
Terms of Service
Quotation
An accurate and realistic estimate of the electrical system and associated work, including products, labour and costs shall be provided, in accordance with the Customer’s requirement, gathered via meetings or surveys.
The estimate shall be provided to the customer as a Quotation with any relevant documents, for the sole purpose of informing the customer of the work proposed and cost. It does not commit any party to a contractual agreement.
Quotations shall be valid for a period of 60 days, after which, a new Quotation may need to be requested.
Acceptance of Quotation by the customer must be provided in writing, either as a Purchase Order or an email.
The Quotation, upon acceptance by the customer, carries an Approved Status and is transferred to Project Control as an active project. From here on, our Cancellation Policy shall come into effect.
We shall make all necessary arrangements to carry out the requirements of the Project and keep the customer informed of progress.
Once a project has commenced, any proposed amendment of the Quotation must be agreed by the customer, in advance of undertaking any work in relation to the amendment.
Supply of Services
Services shall be supplied to the Customer in accordance with the Quotation provided.
Services shall be provided by qualified electrical installers trained for the work required.
We shall take reasonable endeavours to meet installation dates for the Services specified in the Quotation.
All reasonable care shall be taken on customer premises, particularly with the adherence to all Health, Safety and Welfare policies in force. Risk Assessment and Method Statement are available upon request.
Aftersales Care
Installed systems, including all electronic components and associated materials or parts, shall be covered by the Smart Automate Aftercare warranty scheme for a period of 12 month from installation completion.
Providing a system installed by Smart Automate has a valid Warranty or Maintenance Cover, we guarantee the system to remain fully functionality in accordance with the Quotation or System Documentation. In the event where a system require rectification, the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts supplied.
For maintenance request, either use the Enquiry Form on our Website or send us an email. Telephone support is also available during normal working hours. We always aim to close out support cases within 2 working days, except were prevented by circumstantial events, such as out-of-stock parts or cases requiring site visit, for example.
Extended Maintenance Cover
Extended maintenance cover can be purchased any time on a per-annum basis. The covered services and cost shall be in accordance with the Quotation available upon request.
Maintenance shall cover all consumable parts, labour and site visits. It does not cover any warranty expired electronic products.
SmartAutomate.app Monitoring Service
The duration of monitoring services provided are based on paid annual subscriptions, invoiced minimum every 2 years or within an agreed term. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
SmartAutomate.app cloud-based monitoring subscription commences on the first day of successful integration of the metering system, and all expected measurement nodes are operating accordingly on the client’s cloud monitoring system.
Smart Automate shall provide full assistance and technical support for all subscribed services of SmartAutomate.app, as described within our Aftersales Care section.
Providing the service subscriptions and any payments due are up to date, the online monitoring service and technical support shall always remain active.
Charges and Payment
Upon completion of work in accordance with the requirements of the Quotation, an invoice shall be provided with a 14-day payment term.
Cloud monitoring service renewal – expiry notification and renewal invoices shall be provided 30 days in advance of service expiry, with a 14-day payment term.
Monitoring service subscriptions renewal cost may increase year-on-year in line with the cost associated with the supply of the service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy shall take into effect once a Quotation is accepted by the customer, the point when an ‘Active’ status is applied to the project.
Cancellation of Active projects or services, including cloud monitoring service, must be communicated to us in writing.
Where a cancellation is requested for an Active Project at any time prior to completion, we reserve the rights to invoice the customer for any purchased materials, parts or any work commitments undertaken for the Project.
Limitation of Liability
Smart Automate Ltd. (The Company) shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense resulting from the failure to give advice or information or the giving of incorrect advice or information whether or not due to the negligence of the Company, its employees agents or subcontractors.
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, agents or subcontractors) which arise out of or in connection with any Contract.
These Conditions of Sale set out the entire liability of the Company to the Customer in respect of the Goods or services and shall be in lieu and to the exclusion of all other warranties, conditions, and other terms implied by statute or common law save for any implied terms which by law cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Conditions of Sale excludes or limits the liability of the Company for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Company’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise shall be limited to repairing, replacing or by the Company’s decision refunding monies already paid in respect of the goods and services (wholly or in part and with the exception of non-refundable services).
Intellectual Property Rights
All graphic, designs and structure of the Cloud Monitoring software are the copyrights of Smart Automate and must not be copied or re-produced.

Data Protection
Smart Automate is registered with the Information Commissioners Office and handles data in accordance with the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Customers and all business contacts must also act in compliant with the UK GDPR.
